Be there! exhibits its best of 2014 films at the Half-Minute comics exhibition of Thessaloniki.


After the fourth year of the Be there! Corfu Animation Festival that took place at Corfu from 16 until 19 October 2014, it is time for Thessaloniki!

Be there! Corfu Animation Festival continues successfully its cooperation with festivals and screenings and has the pleasure to be part of the 13thComic and Board Games Exhibition of Thessaloniki, called "Miso Lepto" on November 24th for the first time.

At the same time, it inaugurates a program of screening the best movies of the 4th Be There! Festival which includes the movies Le sens du toucher by Jean-Charles Mbotti Malolo (France/Switzerland 2014, Grand Prix), Canuck Black by Rebecca Archer (UK, 2014, best graduation film) My Stuffed Granny by Effie Pappa (UK/Greece, 2014, Best Greek graduation film) as well as other movies chosen by the festival's organizing team.

The 13thComic and Board Games Exhibition of Thessaloniki "Miso Lepto" (Thursday 20th-Friday 23rd of November) will take place at Allatini Dassault room - French Institute of Thessaloniki (Stratu 2A Avenue) and it is the continuation of a very successful institution of Thessaloniki's cultural events that has lasted 12 years so far.

During this exhibition there will be tributes to the First World War as well as battle tournaments inspired by Game of Thrones.

The best animation films of "Be there: Corfu Animation festival" 2014 will be screened on Monday, November 24th (free entrance), in the presence of the artistic director Vassilis Kroustallis..
